Private and consulting chef Stavros Karpathiotakis has brought to Thigaterra's kitchen the experiences he has gained both within and outside of Greece.
Drawing inspiration from our local ingredients and the products of our pantry, he has lovingly crafted dishes that have delighted our restaurant's guests.
The products from ThigaterraDeli, our pantry's offerings, come from certified organic farms, award-winning artisanal producers, women's cooperatives, agricultural associations, and small-scale cultivators.
